Concrete Flatwork (Patios or Driveways)

Concrete is a more cost-effective option due to lower material and labor requirements. Ready-mix concrete is delivered in raw form and poured on-site using basic finishing tools. It requires less excavation, fewer compaction steps, and a simpler base compared to pavers. Our pricing for concrete patios or driveways starts at $9,000, which covers the first 400 square feet. Projects larger than 400 sq ft benefit from reduced per-square-foot pricing due to greater efficiency.

Brick Pavers (Patios or Driveways)

Brick pavers cost more due to both materials and labor. Each paver is factory-molded, palletized, shipped, and delivered by our crew. The base is excavated deeper, compacted more thoroughly, and requires hand-setting each paver—plus joint sand installation and activation. Because of the extra labor, logistics, and material handling, brick paver patios and driveways cost about twice as much as concrete. Our project minimum is $18,000 for the first 400 square feet, with lower per-square-foot pricing as the project size increases.
